Terms & Conditions
By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions below unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process.1) The artist retains the right to post the work on their personal website and any other site, including live streams and recording process on Youtube. Youtube recordings may include any reference images you have given me.2) You (the client) may not resell my artwork, use it commercially, or for promotion of a commercial project unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage.3) If commercial use has been agreed on, the rights to the design will transfer to the client upon receipt of the full payment.4) The client may use sketch and line art commissions to practice lines and coloring. If it is intended to be used publicly, please, credit appropriately.5) My signature may not be removed from commissions under any circumstances.6) Client will not receive layered or PSD files. All finished work will be sent as PNG files. Separate project elements can be sent as individual files.7) I will not start a commission until I have any requested photo references. A down payment of 60% is required before I can start any project over $60. Commissions of/under $60 must be paid in full before I can start.8) Full-size non-watermarked files will only be sent over after receiving the full payment. Only low-resolution screen-captures will be sent over for approval before full payment is received.9) The project price quoted does not include an unlimited number of revisions. There is a limit of three rounds of adjustments for minor changes and a limit of two rounds for bigger changes after the concept has been approved. Any adjustments beyond this limit will be of extra cost which can be negotiated.10) In the event of the client canceling the project, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork (Not the references) and disks shall be retained by the commissioned (Gunta_Artes). Furthermore, the client shall pay all fees for work completed until the point of cancelation, based on the contract price and expenses already incurred. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.11) You (the client) may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference my work and claim it as yours.12) Should there be any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you (the client) the work that I have done to that point plus a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed. This cost will depend on the phase where the work has stopped.13) if any other individuals other than the client who commissioned the piece have input on the artwork then approval must be confirmed by that original client.
